Driver Killed In Baltimore County Crash ID'd

One person was killed overnight when a 70-year-old man lost control of his vehicle in Baltimore County and struck a driver head-on, police say.

Moyo Fagbayi was pronounced dead at the scene of a crash that was reported at approximately 10:40 p.m. on Sunday, April 9, near the intersection of Liberty Road and Courtleigh Drive in Milford Mill.

Investigators say that Fagbayi was driving a 1999 Toyota Camry westbound on Liberty Road when for unknown reasons he crossed over the center two-way turning lane and into the eastbound lane, where he was struck by a 2015 Chrysler 200.

Fagbayi was pronounced dead at the scene. The second driver was uninjured, according to police.

The crash remains under investigation.
